The project: Remove entire ground floor retail unit including external walls and windows. Install mezzanine floor and fit out a 250 cover, 2 story restaurant and bar.

Working from a shell TAP831 is entirely new, with internal walls finished in either reclaimed brick or tiles. New floors, custom kitchens and bars. The first floor is enclosed in a wrap around balcony that can be glazed or open in summer, or closed off to make a smaller floor space when required.

Everything in TAP831 is new; floors, stairs, ceilings and services.
